This is a long-overdue dive back into the Hexaverse and the world happening around Cyndet and Daelin. There's lot to discover and other groups out there on their own adventures!

It was a fancy gala, some of the most influential figures from around the continent attended. Or at least, those that were interested in collaborating. Some were there on personal matters, some on political. It was almost like a trade floor. Trading secrets for money, fame for favors. A perfect place to snag some important intel from unsuspecting big wigs.
Their team was small, a perfectly efficient size of three. One to control security cameras, forge documents and wipe out any trace they were there. One to roam freely, keep an eye out, start distractions and eliminate threats where needed. And one to take the lead, to run the play and ensure everything goes as planned.
It wasn't too difficult to look the part of an unknown big named tycoon. Plenty of new faces attend these gatherings each year. Nor to take on the role of a server and smuggle their tech guru in on a covered cart. The oldest trick in the book, but still just as effective. The most difficult part would be the hand off. Getting the flash drive of schematics and factory plans from the floor to the kitchen and out to the car. They'd have to pass it in front of everyone. But they'd managed worse. One of their crew had a rather handy ability to extend their reach further than anyone else. With perfect timing, it was a smooth exchange and the drive was safely on its way out the door. And all that was left was to enjoy the rest of the evening mingling with the politicians and self-proclaimed heroes. Who knows what else a girl could learn if she kept her ears open?
