Welp, blue-paint-sea redesigned his redesign for Rouge the Bat. So I took it upon myself to have another go at it!
It's certainly a lot more streamlined than its previous iteration, I'll give it that. What with the "normal (albeit webbed) hands that stretch and become wings" deal.
Also the more Rouge-like color scheme is certainly a step up, even if I didn't mind the old color scheme.
