Overtime his memory got worse, he was forced to use a wheelchair and the doctors believe that he won't live more than 5 years from now. While he is technically still the ruler, most of the duties are done by his wife, she even assists him during gatherings, speeches and meetings. But even with his life ending within 5 years, he is still as kind and loyal as he was when he was healthy.
