Fiona Fox was born in a family of scientists and inventors, but also the only one in her family without a Power Pattern, making her an outcast. But in order to even get noticed by them, she studied Power Patterns, and used her scientific mind, to develop a little device that let her cancel any 1 of the 7 Power Patterns within the area. Only downside of the device, it can only cancel 1 Power Pattern type at the time. And her family while impressed did not aprove of the idea of a device that could cancel a natural gift. And before her device could be taken away, she ran away from home, decide to live on the streets. Messing with people and their Power Patterns. Eventually she came across Scourge who had just fled from Angel Island. And Fiona instantly fell in love with the green hedgehog, and by showing off her device (and teasing Scourge a bit), she became a member of Scourge's gang.
