Knuckles' duplicate is O'Nux, a kind well meaning warrior, who rather talks than throw a punch. Even when Knuckles saw O'Nux as a threat, he simple blocked Knuckles' punches and talked to him, that was until Scourge took him away for his own team. Scourge uses O'Nux to destroy things, much to O'Nux's dislike for destruction.
