Amy Rose was born on Mystic Ruins, a planet known for its ancient architecture and history. Her mother was a fortune teller and thought her the skills to Amy growing up, she grew particularly fond of tarot cards. During her training her mother showed her that the cards predicted that Amy's future boyfriend and husband would be both brave and spiky, which she believed to be Sonic, and while he is fine at being platonic friends, she wants to be more than that. And while she grew up, she spend a lot of time at Carnival Night (her mother works there), the planet that is 1 giant carninal created by Robotnik Inc., one day at Carnival Night she noticed a piece of a building breaking, but thanks to her Power Pattern, she was able to view the danger and rescue those who where standing under it. As a thanks for this rescue Mr. Ivo Robotnik gave Amy her Piko Piko Hammer as a gift, equiped with safety bumpers
