I've had this story idea in my head for so long. Basically its a medieval au where Blaze is competing with several siblings for the throne and Amy is her childhood friend that longs to become a knight.
One day Amy acts out against the law in the name of justice. One of Blaze's siblings wants her executed for it, but Blaze swoops in to save her, appointing Amy as her personal bodyguard. The story follows Blaze and Amy working together and with allies to secure the throne against threats inside and outside the kingdom.
