I always thought that the genderbend version of Tails looks much cuter. I remember discovering a comic where Sonic finds out that Tails is a girl and they end up….UHHH you know. Yeah don't search for it.
So I thought about a headcanon.Sonic finds out that Tails is a trans girl and keeps it a secret.Later when Tails is comfortable she comes out and her friends accept her. No romance between her and Sonic because that's kinda cringe.
