Unknown to anyone, even among themselves, the Koco, used to live in Mobius. But the attack from Chaos that banished most echidnas also took the Koco. They now reside within the Chaos Realm. These little creatures are shown to be highly intelligent, but their anatomy hold them back from doing anything. So instead they share their knowledge with the echidnas of the Chaos Realm, but only those who are good of heart. One day however a portal to modern day Mobius opened up, and several echidnas and Koco went to Mobius, where the Koco met the Chao and they felt a strange, mysterious yet strangly familiar connection to them.
