So I’m thinking about alchemy again and with my obsession with Sonic right now I’ve decided to add the 2 together for a FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood sonic AU because it sounds fun but also

Ed and Al’s brother dynamic is exactly how I see Sonic and Tails dynamic. In this au Sonic is Ed and lost his arm and his leg. And Tails is Al with his soul being in an armor suit that does look like it has Fox ears. But no dual tails which is one of the many things Tails miss.

Sonic still has his speed and he can transmute his automail prosthetics so when he does his spin dash it’s a little extra spiky!!

I really want to redraw that scene where Ed is yelling “that’s my little either and he’s all I have left” but with Sonic and Tails

I want Amy to be Winry because it’s also very fitting but also Amy making fun of Sonics height is hilarious to me

But I really want to do art about this au

So I don’t know enough sonic characters to capture the whole FMA cast so in this au the story is probably slightly different but I’m more focused on the Ed and Al scenes but as Sonic and Tails
