I don't know. Give me a better title.

I absolutely adore the idea the fandom has of Cream and Shadow being friends/big-brother-little-sister/father-daughter/whatever. Basically Cream reminding Shadow of Maria and the two become close. It works well, at least if we have the well-written-and-actually-has-a-personality-and-relationships Shadow and not "FrIeNdS jUsT hOlD yOu BaCk" edgelord Shadow.

Plus, it gives me an excuse to make more of my favorite subject: Small cute thing with big scary thing. They both fit the bill nicely.

It's a fun relationship, one you could do a lot with (Which I do intend to do). I can't see Shadow being super overly affectionate, but probably being, like, a lot more patient or tolerant of the bunny girl than his compatriots would expect from him. Letting her prattle on and follow him around, actually talking to her, that sort of thing. It's a big step for the guy.

Now whatchu doing with that bun, Shadow? Rescuing her from a certain egg enthusiast? Kidnapping her? Chaos Controlling to the nearest ice cream stand? You got some explaining to do.



Blaagh, my mind is melted. I have spent the past four days staring at a screen, trying to pretend I understand what programming is for school. Whoever invented desk checks, you have my eternal enmity. As such, I apologize to my commissioners who are still waiting. One is almost done and will hopefully be posted tomorrow, and two more are in the works. This was an effort to maintain what llittle sanity I still have.
