Based on the situation of Pronghorn sisters that was supposed to happen if not because of the cancellation of Archie Sonic comics. According to the Aleah Baker, their creator: "When the truth about Cassia's condition would have been revealed to her, Cassia would enter denial about her wellbeing and would have bitterly taken off on her own. She would eventually come into contact with a "compassionate force" (Aleah states it was a toss-up between the Freedom Fighters or G.U.N.) and get some development of her own while receiving treatment. Clove, meanwhile, would believe that her sister died out in the wilderness and lose all hope, only to learn the truth later during a Rotor-focused storyline."

Thus, this artwork is my own imaginary scenario when Cassia finally learn the truth and Clove desperately try to explain things to her pissed-off sister and do anything to comfort her. But it's all in vain and Cassia eventually escape from the Northamer Egg Army base after this event.

Nevertheless, although this event will also appear in my "Post-Archie AU" as well but the outcome will be very different due to one particular and important factor in the storyline. You can check some of details from my DA site.
