Oh my this is a long explanation

At last I did what I had planned from the outset, a Nocturnus armour design for Sonic, as those you see in Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood. if you have played it. If you don´t well i dunno if you should XD at last i liked the story, i just cannot stand those Sonic x-ish kind of designs, anyway.

I had this idea in my head since I heard the game's plot, unfortunately I never played it complete because I suck at rpgs so I just stick what i have of the story, and all thet i have read. ^^U
My idea was that Sonic have been captured by Lord Ix and he used his mind control power to dominate and make him one of his soldiers, facing it with Knuckles of course, making them fight in a kind of futuristic Roman circus, only to add a little more conflict. Of course Knuckles just figure out how to break his armour (he knows Sonic´s attacks by the way) bringing back his friend to normal.

Sonic keeps all his attacks in this form, and even those wind bassed, His spin attack is stronger. In a symilar way when he catches de pink wisp in sonic colours, He can climb upon walls and roofs.
And yes, he has less spikes in the head XD was intended, usually the armour keeps the spikes together just in the same way with Echidnas.

Anyway i don´t know if this is ok because i don´t know nothing about the game really ^^U i just wanted to get this out of my head in some way XD.

But it was only a vague idea of the story in my head.
Bioware´s story was very different of course.

Since all soldiers have classifications taken from the ancient roman army (Praetorian, Decurion) i assumed that a good name would be Gladiator, someone who was taken slave and forced to fight against their will.
