Tommy T for Turtle Day

I'm late but I was just told it was world turtle day a few hours ago so I drew this to celebrate. Some time ago I drew a redesign attempt of Tommy. This is pretty much the same but it has been a while since I've tried drawing him. And with a little chao just for fun.
