Doctor Julian Robotnik is a top-heavy middle-aged man sporting a large belly and buff arms, on top of glaring red eyes, black sclera, and a long orange mustache. He was elected into a position of power by the senile old King Acorn, thinking Robotnik to be the better choice for Mobius's future over his own daughter once his lungs were restored by the Roboticizer.

However, this is the only instance that Robotnik spent precious funds on numbing solutions and anesthetics to fool the King into thinking Roboticization was a painless process. He created a portable Roboticizer, displaying it to the public via his first willing "patient," a wheelchair-bound lassie by the name of Bunnie Rabbot, who was born without the use of three of her limbs. This Roboticizer was built with sound-proofing, so that the impending screams coming from Bunnie on the inside were completely silenced to all those outside. The pain causes her to pass out, and Robotnik has her quickly whisked away. When she freaks out and tries to warn others about the pain, Robotnik immediately steps in and plays the gentle liar card. "Oh dear! This must be a side-effect of the sedatives!" He says, immediately using this as an opportunity to create a waver that ALL must sign before Roboticization. "We are NOT responsible for any pain." And of course, the Bad Doctor makes sure to silence any that try to spread this truth.

And we're barely scratching the surface of what he's about to do.
