Another Anti-AU ref
Please ignore the shading, it's awful but I'm lazy and didn't fix it

"Project Shadow," aka Anti-Shadow:
- He is known only by "Project Shadow" or "the bioweapon" (except for Anti-Rouge, who affectionately calls him "Little Red"), and is under constant surveillance by GUN, as they view him as an object or weapon rather than a person.
- Like his Prime counterpart, he is incredibly powerful and therefore incredibly dangerous, as he was also created to be the Ultimate Lifeform.
- However, while his body is in its adult state, he was not given any knowledge or skills prior to his "birth," resulting in him having the mind of a very young child.
- GUN disregards this piece of information, and wanted to keep him locked up until he was needed, but after much convincing, he was allowed to stay with Anti-Rouge, who became his sort of parole officer.
- Partially due to his environment/upbringing and partially due to his brain structure, he has autism and severe sensory issues. Meltdowns cause bursts of chaos energy.
- He is very timid and nervous, and struggles with selective mutism. He has only ever spoken to Rouge.
- He absolutely LOVES chao, and carries a chao plushie everywhere he goes.

For this (sorta) AU, I'm trying to make bits of them as opposite as possible, like how though both Sonic and Scourge have similar personalities/traits (sassy, super speed, arrogant at times) but are also very different (Scourge declaring himself king while Sonic fights for freedom), so hopefully this kind of works.
