I had recently read 'Brotherhood's Twist' by Drawloverlala and I felt inspired to draw the adorable duo in a similar way.
Teen Tails' brown tips were inspired by said comic. Child Sonic has a similar colour scheme to Classic Sonic (except for the eyes) because I always thought of Classic as a child version of Modern Sonic. I also made him have big ears as a child, it makes him look just that much cuter.
