A few hours work went into this. I started last week and worked on it some on Friday and Saturday, and I just finished today.
So, uh, this is my first submission to deviantART. It's based off of the Sonic 3 competition zone called Azure Lake. I was listening to a WIP by Rayza in the Project Chaos collection and this popped into mind. IMO, the foreground looks kinda crappy, but I guess that's what the background's for.
