So, was drawing this just for fun, 'til Aaron Webber said fans could submit art to him to be included in the SEGA live-stream today.
Then it stopped being for fun and became an awful lot of work to finish this! Thank the Lord I got it done and didn't give up — which I was pretty tempted to do. XP
(Still have to watch the full live-stream to see if it actually made it in…)

Anyway, of the three forms featured here, Super Sonic is the MOST common. This is the powered-up form he uses the most and therefore, most of us have seen it a million times.
Hyper Sonic and Ultra Sonic are the rarest, and Hyper form has only ever been featured in ONE game, seen here: youtu.be/QktVqiyB9ZM?t=20m48s

Both Super and Hyper come through to Sonic via the Chaos Emeralds (normal and super emeralds, respectively). Sonic's Ultra form on the other hand, comes to him via the Power Rings, and in Sonic Nexus (my comic) only through the Red Star Rings themselves. XP Point Emoticon

As for the footwear featured here, the soap shoes Super is wearing were the trickiest to do, as the reference material I had to work with was all over the place. I ended up just having to go with whatever looked best of all the designs.
Obviously Ultra is just wearing his normal "slick kicks" — or speed shoes.
As for Hyper, well, he's wearing the Atomic Relativity Boots (no, I'm not making that up). Special Bonus points if you can name from whence they hail.
