It's been way too long since I drew this guy. Kinda missed him. So I wanted to draw him again because my drawing skills has got better.

Venice is one of Silvers (about 50) earlier designs. So yes, Venice does belong to SEGA.
I don't see him as Anti-Silver or Silvers brother. I see him AS Silver. Only in an earlier point in time. Of course, everyone can see him however they want.
