in some of my favorite Archie issues (hedgehog havoc) Scourge uses the Anarchy Beryl (Anti-World equivalent to Chaos Emeralds) to transform into his own version of Super Sonic
I made this effect on his fur really cool by inverting the stuff I normal use on Super Sonic, giving it a bit of a weird effect that I find fitting for Scourge, the Aura behind him is black and purple it gives him a real evil feel.
