A design for Bartleby from Sonic Underground based on more of ShinyMisty's fanon rambles. Something about "Bart' staying with Sleet, swaying him to good".
Lot of symbolism in his look. The roboticized arm was a warning by Robotnik. Angelic blues (that compliment Sleet's devilish reds), & after his harrowing experiences & stripped from his aristocratic life, he adapts better than you'd think. Stable & enlightened from such change. The opposite of Dingo in every way. It is his newfound valiant and empathetic heart that steers Sleet to the light… and back to Dingo.
A "Ballroom Swordsman", graceful and precise with sure footed moves that waltz the opponent into vulnerable positions. He's much stronger than he looks, still filling in that "physical power" gap for Dingo, but far more scrutable in when he gets his hands dirty. (in which he still doesn't like to get messy)
